Terms of use of electronic and smart services for the RSI Global Art Competition.

PURPOSE AND GOAL

We welcome you as a user of the website and electronic services of the RSI Art Award

We invite you to read these terms and conditions carefully, which aim to define the principles and obligations necessary for the use of the services by stating the user obligations and the terms of use.

ACKNOWLEDGMENT OF ACCEPTANCE AND COMMITMENT TO THE TERMS, AND ACCEPTANCE OF THE MODIFIED AND UPDATED TERMS

Registering participants on the website and creating an account to participate in any aspect of the project constitutes acceptance of the terms of use included in this agreement.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS

The RSI Art Award owns all rights to all content available on the website and electronic services, such as the electronic summary form and the advantages that the user benefits from, after logging in. Only the user is entitled to dispose of them. The user is prohibited from using or displaying these contents for other purposes or without written permission or official permission to do so. The user will be legally responsible for any violation or breach of any of these rights. In the event of any violation or breach by a third party of these rights or the user’s intellectual property rights related to the content sent to the RSI Art Award or a breach of the intellectual property rights of others, please inform us by E-mail through the (Contact Us) page.

REGISTRATION CONTROLS IN ALL DIMENSIONS OF THE RSI ART AWARD, AND LOGGING INTO THE ACCOUNT

  • The user is obligated to correctly give all information required for registration, according to the registration form prepared for this, and to update their data in the event of any change to it, or to communicate with the party responsible for modifying the data, as data cannot be modified through their account.
  • The user is responsible for use of their account and all access to electronic services and smart services through their user name and password, and are obligated not to disclose these or share the use of the service or assign use to any other party, and they are also obligated to notify the project management in the occasion of losing their account data, user name, or any unauthorized use of their account.
  • The user must verify exit of their account after they are have finished using it, and any damages incurred by them as a result of non-compliance will be at their full responsibility.
  • The user shall be responsible for any false statements or incorrect or fraudulent information sent by them through the electronic and smart media of our services.
  • The user is bound by all applicable national or international laws and regulations, including those related to data transmission, and to verify that the subject, content and information entered do not contain, without limitation, writings that are hateful, obscene, insulting, deceptive or illegal, or that infringe the rights of Intellectual property of any party.

TECHNICAL SUPPORT

The RSI Art Award Administration is committed to providing the required technical support to ensure the availability of service and technical assistance during the official working hours of the RSI Art Award

SUSPENSION OR TERMINATION OF THE SERVICE

The management of the RSI Art Award may temporarily suspend the service for operational reasons such as systems maintenance, development, updating services, or other emergency reasons without prior notice or specifying the duration of the service suspension.

Also, any breach by the user of any of the current terms of service will lead to the closure of their account or to the immediate termination of all operations related to it without prior notice.

PRIVACY POLICY

YOUR PERSONAL DATA

The RSI Art Award website does not collect personal information about you when you visit the site unless you specifically choose and with your knowledge to register in one of the project dimensions, and if you register, we use your data only to complete your request for services, and by using this site, you agree to the terms of the privacy policy

Any personal data collected will only be accessible by the management of the RSI Art Award and those who work on the electronic system, who need it to provide the service or information requested by the user.
